Chakra Balancing

During a Chakra Balancing session, I look systematically
at the seven main chakras in your energy field:
- sahasrara chakra (near the crown of your head)
- ajna chakra (near your eyebrows)
- vishuddha chakra (near your neck or throat)
- anahata chakra (near your heart)
- manipura chakra (near your solar plexus)
- svadhistana chakra (near your belly)
- muladhara chakra (near the base of your spine)
These are the seven major chakras, and although there are many smaller ones,
I use these for simplicity.
I make note of any places where the flow seems
restricted or excessive. I hold a space around that area and watch as
the energy frees up. As it does, I see a healing colour infuse the area,
and the qualities the healing seems to enhance. If I am given any
insight into an activity you might want to do to continue the healing like
"get out in nature" or "listen to music that moves you," I report it as
"homework." Homework is completely optional.
If I see nothing significant in one location, I'll
say so and tell you about the balanced, flowing colours and wonderful
qualities I do see.
In a typical Chakra Balancing session I may see as few as
one or two places where the flow may be somewhat uneven. Rarely is it
more than three. We are often in better shape energy-wise than we think we are.
When the healing is done, I prepare and send you a report of the session.
