Question 1: I have someone at work who I don't trust. Her name is Faith Stephenson. She reminds me of an old friend who betrayed me. Am I right about her or is the fact that she reminds me of someone else making me suspicious?

Question 2: Should I stay where I'm working or move on?

It looks from here that this is something that will sort itself out all by itself before long. You are in a world where the rules are changing and only you can decide how to make it all work well. Since you are a strong and competent woman, your happy home life will depend on having a partner who is okay with that. He is struggling with the knowledge that to keep you in his life, he has to be okay with that. Give him a bit of time. You'll know within the next month if he is strong enough to let you excel.
