In each Sunny Day, you get:

Your forecast for the day.
The Deva (Angel of nature) that resonates with you that day.
A "Joyful Intention" for the day, something you can keep in mind if you like.

Janet does a Sunny Day reading for herself each day to give herself a heads-up for the coming day. She also uses her Sunny Day to generate a "Teeny Tiny Reading" each day on twitter.
