Talking With Nature

I am delighted to offer this course as a correspondence course you can take by email or as a hands-on one day seminar in the countryside. I have been leading these nature courses and retreats for over 15 years. Sign up if you feel an affinity with nature and long to hear those voices.
In Talking With Nature you will be given the space to get closer to nature and more in tune with its (and your) spiritual power. Mystical knowledge is personal. Each of us hears the call in our own way and when moments of clarity come, each comes as a blessing, unannounced. "All the time I was getting closer to animals and nature and as a result, closer to myself and more and more in tune with the spiritual power that I felt all around. For those who have experienced the joy of being alone with nature, there is really little need for me to say much more. For those who have not, no words of mine can ever describe the powerful, almost mystical knowledge of beauty and eternity that come suddenly and all unexpected. The beauty was always there, but moments of true awareness were rare. One-Day Workshop
This hands-on workshop will take place in the countryside, where you can connect with nature without too many distractions.
At the beginning of the workshop, you choose a tree in the vicinity. Over the workshop period, you develop a relationship with that tree, dividing your time between indoor instruction and exercises and outdoor time with your tree. By building on each session's instruction and experience, and developing your skills, you will awaken forgotten memories and reconnect with Nature in a way that is life affirming and life changing. This is a fun workshop. Laughter, pleasure and joy are important ingredients to success in this activity.

Correspondence Course
There are 12 lessons in all. Although the lessons can be done at your own speed, each day for 12 days you will be emailed a new lesson. Each day's lesson takes about 30 minutes - 15 minutes of reading and another 15 minutes of being in nature to complete an exercise and take notes. I will be available during the course to answer questions that have not been covered in the course material and will continue to be available until one day after the last lesson is emailed out to you.
In keeping with the fact that each of us must do things in our own way and at our own speed, I have made every aspect of the course optional. I offer my own experience throughout the course, in lessons and exercises so that you can get a feel for how it might start to open for you. I also offer questions and answers from students who have already done the course.
