You have provided for yourself abundantly of all the things that life has to offer. A warm home, a loving family, an abundance of food. Acknowledge your greatness. You have provided all of these things for yourself in some way. Acknowledge them. Absorb them in, through your skin. And thank them all for being a part of your life.

I am Ash. Although I am aware of what went on before and, at a more collective level, I can forsee my eventual demise in physical form, I feel what I feel right now. I feel the rush of sap, the expansion of bud. I feel the life of the Earth at my feet and the other creatures moving in and around me. This is who I am right now. Be like me.
