To bask in the essence of Nature's energies is to give yourself a gift beyond measure, as our qualities are always those of great light, creativity and wonder. They are all energies that can help you to draw yourself towards a state of greater spiritual attunement, towards greater oneness with all things and towards greater personal health.

To enjoy sitting in the shade of tree, floating in the water, walking in a forest or along a beach, feeling the gentle sprinkle of snow or rain on your face is to attune to us at a certain level. As long as you focus your attention on this with enjoyment, you will notice how your body, emotions and mind respond with an increased sense of relaxation and calm and a tendency towards thoughts of support, happiness and even humour.

An expression of gratitude can be a doorway to wider perception. Even as your body notes the sensations of a genuine appreciation, your chemistry changes, to allow for greater movement. Other experiences open doorways of perception as well - experiences such as compassion, willingness, surrender. All these change the very molecules in your body as they change the energies that form your existence. Greet us then, with a genuine appreciation, willingness, surrender and see where you are led - see what you are being shown - see what was always in front of you. Be with us then, as you open your perception, as you open to life.

It may seem as though the only energies of excitement that are available in Nature are the extremes of catastrophic events or highest mountains, deepest gorges, fastest rivers. But excitement can be found in the energy of a leaf bending a certain way on a quiet, still morning. Listen carefully and you can hear the joy rushing through the plant. Notice carefully and you can feel the excitement of new adventure, of new growth.

Excitement carries with it, often, an element of risk. The risk is living fully itself. So the changes that take place tomorrow may be changes that alter the existence of what we are, of what you are. You can go out and meet excitement and risk by challenging tall mountains, fast rivers and by pushing yourself to your limits in physical expression. But you can feel the heady rush of excitement in the energies of the beings around you, and you can feel it in your own cells.

Growth, expansion and death surround you, include you. Feel the excitement.
